Dr Nivedita Bajaj is a Consultant Community Paediatrician with special interest in complex neurodisability. She is working within a multidisciplinary team at the Child Development Centre, East and North Herts NHS Trust. She was the clinical lead for Autism Service across East and North Herts and is now the Designated Doctor for Looked After Children and Care Leavers.

Dr Bajaj has an immense experience in working with children and adolescents with ADHD, autism, epilepsy, developmental delay and a whole range of complex neurodisabilities. She also assesses and advises children who are being fostered or adopted, and children with sensory impairments such as visual difficulties or hearing loss.

Dr Bajaj has delivered a number of talks and papers at different forums on related topics. She has contributed in the development of the ADHD website www.addmore.org.uk, and in the development of sleep tools for professionals, parents, and patients.
